Menu Approach

Known for our ‘nutriceutial’ food philosophy, we serve food that is nutritious and contains pharmaceutical benefits through the usage of plenty of fresh raw vegetables for fibre and roughage and abstaining from the use of artificial ingredients like MSG, colorings and preservatives.

This concept has garnered us a highly loyal clientele that is hooked to the pure authenticity of our cuisine and also its healthy benefits.

Having recently hosted a luncheon for Singapore’s ministers and top dignitaries with Bollywood iconic superstar, Amitabh Bachchan in April, IndoChine Waterfront remains a popular venue for distinguished local and regional events and functions.
